Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers to achieve sales goals and customer service standards.
  • Implement and execute visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the district manager and other store managers to share best practices and drive business results.

Requirements

  • High school education required; some college preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • 1 year of management experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, carry up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
