Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Roto-Rooter Services Company. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for conducting territory sales visits, offering our excavation or water restoration services, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct territory sales visits to offer our services and solutions to customers
  • Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems
  • Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required
