About the Role

The Ski Valet is a key member of our team, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to our guests, ensuring their skis and equipment are delivered and retrieved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ski storage area, as well as the surrounding work environment.
  • Provide Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest service, safety, and security.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ski storage area.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50 pounds, move large rolling racks of skis safely, and work in a physical environment for extended periods.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
