Lead Ski Valet Opportunity

Elevate your winter season with an exciting opportunity at the prestigious Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, proudly managed by East West Hospitality. We're seeking a dedicated Lead Ski Valet with a passion for guest service and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Set the standard for guest service while guiding and supporting your team.
  • Oversee the storage and handling of guests' skis, poles, boots, and ski bags.
  • Assist with gondola and car loading and unloading.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient drop-off and pick-up station.
  • Assist guests from check-in to check-out, answer questions about the local area, and work collaboratively with other departments to exceed guest expectations.
  • Tackle special projects, assist in other areas as needed, and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  • Lead by example, ensuring proper training, equipment upkeep, and adherence to company standards.
  • Participate in training provided by Marriott and East West Resorts to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Employment Status:

Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate:

$22 / hour

Schedule:

Varies AM, MID and PM shifts between 7:00am-11pm/ Four 10 hour shifts
