Job Title: Ski Valet

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment? We're seeking a skilled Ski Valet to join our team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality.

Responsibilities:
  • Store guests' skis, poles, boots, and ski bags upon request, while assisting with the loading and unloading of gondolas and automobiles.
  • Maintain the drop-off and pick-up station, ensuring it is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including assisting with check-ins, daily escorting, and check-outs, as well as answering questions about the local area.
  • Work seamlessly with other departments to exceed guest expectations and complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Participate in all required training provided by Marriott and East West Resorts to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds, maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, and work outdoors for the entire shift.
  • Comfortable regularly pushing and pulling carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
