Job Summary

The Clinical Resource Nurse plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment at Monument Health. As a key member of our nursing team, you will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff, patients, and families
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that promote positive patient outcomes
  • Conduct quality control audits and monitor nursing issues related to accuracy and quality of care
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
