We are seeking a Senior Product Strategist to join our dynamic Life Sciences Product Management team. This role carries global responsibility for the commercial viability of our offerings and associated services.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Product Strategist will:

  • Oversee the commercial performance of products and services.
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Ensure successful implementation of the product strategy.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance business and customer outcomes.
Key Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the complete product lifecycle to maximize business impact.
  • Ensuring product profitability aligns with market expectations.
  • Creating and executing effective product strategies to boost customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Advocating for customer needs within the organization.
  • Monitoring departmental and company KPIs to optimize product performance.
  • Establishing and executing both short-term and long-term product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicating product strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Developing compelling commercial propositions based on thorough market analysis.
  • Justifying investment decisions through well-structured business cases.
  • Utilizing product management methodologies to gather market insights.
  • Addressing product line challenges to ensure timely delivery and market success.
  • Collaborating with Product Operations and Marketing teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Providing leadership and support to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Managing product-related elements for M&A assessments, including data-driven investment recommendations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Data Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Life Sciences sector.
  • A proven history of developing and launching successful SaaS products.
  • Experience in building products from inception to market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically while executing methodically.
  • Robust business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in compliance functions within the Life Sciences industry is preferred.
  • Experience in developing AI/ML products is a plus.
