Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at LEN THE PLUMBER LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse inventory, coordinating the movement of products, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Manage the warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
- Production Planning: Implement daily production and shipping plans, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to warehouse personnel, ensuring smooth operations and great internal customer service.
- Purchasing: Manage purchasing for the Plumbing division in alignment with company objectives.
- Accountability: Drive accountability of staff regarding the quality of work, accuracy, and efficiency of all expected job functions.
- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, document SOPs, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Inventory Replenishment: Create a schedule and ensure ongoing truck/warehouse inventories are completed in alignment with company goals.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Inventory Optimization: Optimize truck & warehouse materials stocking levels based on varying and evolving criteria.
- Inventory Integrity: Monitor and update item master in accordance with as required by changes in material demands.
- Truck Fleet Management: Assist the VP of Operations & Fleet Manager with truck fleet management and deployment.
- Inventory Management Software: Manage Truck templates and maintain inventory integrity in Service Titan (ERP) software.
Requirements:

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Work Environment: Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
- Lifting and Transporting: Ability to lift and transport >50lbs.
- Travel: Travel to other LTP locations on an as-needed basis.
- Vendor Visits: Travel to vendors when required.
Experience/Education:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years experience as a Warehouse Lead in Plumbing & HVAC trades (preferred).
- Expertise: Expertise with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.
- Relevant Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience with documented / exceptional results. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
