As a vital member of our team, the Dispatcher will play a crucial role in managing the flow of drivers and vehicles to meet operational demands.

Primary Duties:

  • Engage in effective communication with both drivers and clients.
  • Organize and allocate drivers and vehicles according to workload requirements.
  • Maintain and update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and relevant systems.
  • Oversee and liaise with our shuttle operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Client Services, ideally within the transportation, courier, or trucking sectors.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region.
  • 1-3 years of applicable work experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities (both verbal and written).
  • Effective problem-solving skills for client interactions and daily operational challenges.
  • Experience as a Passenger Driver or in Delivery roles is advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
