Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Supervisor, Video Investment Expert to lead our team in bringing transformation to life through cross-platform video and local channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the video landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advanced video offerings in the marketplace, spanning streaming video and addressable TV, and build deep partner relationships.
  • Promote a culture of shared learning and increase visibility of video expertise within the agency.
  • Deliver high-quality video planning for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how advanced video can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals.
  • Partner with digital precision teams to handle execution and campaign maintenance, working cross-functionally to spread video knowledge and establish continuous communication with the activation team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local formats like local TV, radio, and OOH, and advise clients on these channels.

Requirements

  • A four-year college education and five to seven years of media planning and/or buying experience, with at least three years of online experience, and familiarity with Atlas and comparable ad serving technology.
  • An impressive understanding of the streaming video environment and a clear understanding of the media planning process.
  • Experience with local channels like local TV, local radio, and OOH is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interpret client objectives and clearly articulate proposed media strategies and recommendations.
  • A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging, and inspiring them to grow.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with an open mind to new places, new faces, and new ideas.
