Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing services in behavioral health programs, including assessment and care of clients as part of the treatment plan.
- Evaluate medication effectiveness and other health care needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support, compassion, and de-escalation techniques to patients and their families.
- Perform telephonic triage and respond to callers with varying levels of risk and distress.
- Administer medication training and support to patients and their families.
- Link patients to community resources and services to support their recovery.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- One year of behavioral health nursing experience or other related experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
- Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) Qualified Mental Health Associate certification (QMHA) or registration within 90 days of hire.
