Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Service all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
- Service the executive offices, maintaining a professional and organized workspace.
- Service both men's and ladies associate locker rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space, including keeping lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure the main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times, creating a positive first impression for guests.
- Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters, maintaining a visually appealing environment.
- Ensure all ash urns throughout property are neat and clean at all times, adhering to Omni Standards.
- Ensure water fountain and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times, providing a convenient and comfortable experience for guests.
- Service guest and associate elevators, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure that hotel, guest, and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment, adhering to Omni's high standards.
- Complete any special projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
Requirements
- Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service, providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work with management on special projects, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance, adhering to Omni's high standards.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
- Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, maintaining physical stamina and endurance.
