Job Title: Associate Product Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Product Developer to join our team at Excelligence. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in creating innovative and engaging educational products for PreK through 5th-grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage educational products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the education market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and industry experts.
  • Design and develop educational materials, including curriculum, assessments, and instructional resources.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support our products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching and/or product development experience in PreK or elementary education.
  • Proven experience in product development, with a strong understanding of pedagogy and best practices in instruction.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exceptional writing and design skills.
