Job Overview

Position Summary: As a Foreman at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Mississippi, you will play a crucial role in leading restoration projects following incidents such as fires or floods. Your expertise will guide the renovation process, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Restoration Project Manager to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive construction plans, including resource allocation and work methodologies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members on best practices in construction and safety.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including crew members, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership abilities in managing construction teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in the construction field.
