We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Artera Corporation. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of natural gas distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation.
- Train and develop new team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Collaborate with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and maintain site safety conditions, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project schedules, costs, and resources, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- 5+ years of experience in gas distribution construction, installation techniques, and standards.
- Substantial knowledge of plastic and steel installation methods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of field experience as a foreman or supervisor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
