As a Construction Supervisor, you will collaborate with property owners and subcontractors following incidents such as fires or floods to restore and repair both residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve assisting the Restoration Project Manager in overseeing renovation efforts, ensuring that assigned projects are executed effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Ability to lead and manage tradespeople and subcontractors.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Restoration Project Managers to clarify project objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Create detailed construction plans, including work methods, tool selection, and resource allocation.
  • Establish safety measures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of field staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and training on safe demolition practices.
  • Monitor work progress and productivity to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate maintenance and operation of tools.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.
  • Maintain clear communication with the project team, including crew, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications outlined in project plans.
