About the Role

We are seeking a Post-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at North Central Surgical Center. This is a full-time night shift position.

Responsibilities

The Post-Surgical Unit Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of their practice act and according to hospital policies and procedures. This includes assessing patients' psychosocial, educational, and physical needs, developing and prioritizing plans of care, and implementing interventions to achieve measurable goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Texas Nursing License
  • CPR certification and ability to obtain ACLS and PALS within 90 days
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an RN in MedSurg/Telemetry, Critical Care, Emergency, or ICU Departments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
