About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile civil engineer to lead our urban water resources planning and design efforts. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, and conveyance systems. Your expertise in hydraulic modeling, regulatory negotiations, and data analytics will be essential in helping us develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in the planning, analysis, permitting, design, and implementation of municipal wastewater and storm sewer system projects.
  • Develop and calibrate computer hydraulic models for the analysis of collection systems and water distribution systems.
  • Use results from hydraulic modeling tasks to reach conclusions regarding the capacity and performance of potable and non-potable water systems.
  • Develop conceptual level plans for municipal civil and utility projects.
  • Effectively communicate and present technical analyses and findings to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a project technical leadership role, team management, and client service.
  • Professional Engineering License.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in future design scenarios, including climate change impacts and resilient solutions.
