Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Telemetry team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, including monitoring and managing their symptoms and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, as required by individual department.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred.
