Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to drive conversion and attract top talent.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of web, SEM, and display advertising efforts to support recruitment and employer branding.

  • Analyze and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization of user funnels to maximize spend and performance.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on recruitment and employer branding.
  • Degree in marketing, branding, or communications preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Snapchat campaigns, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, marketing databases, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of all social media platforms, including Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines in North America.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Good analytical capability and experience in evaluating end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Result-oriented with proven experience in identifying target audiences for digital media and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and drive conversion.
  • Ability to work within assigned budgets.
  • Self-motivated team player.
