Role Summary

As a Retail Dining Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager or Director in ensuring the operational success of our dining services. This position requires adherence to client culture, health regulations, and company policies. You will be responsible for motivating, training, and guiding all team members to meet operational goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the dining service.
  • Plan and manage special events, maintain financial controls, and assist in hiring frontline staff.
  • Train and direct staff to deliver exceptional retail services.
  • Complete all necessary reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail management.
  • Experience in food service operations, including restaurants, corporate dining, or healthcare.
  • Preferred experience in retail marketing.
  • Familiarity with cash handling in retail settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
