Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role will oversee the marketing teams, including branding, category growth, and marketing communication, to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand building, category growth, and effective communication.
  • Oversee the marketing teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Work with the Insights team to conduct market research and distill consumer and diner insights as the basis for developing category growth and marketing communication strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure all spending is within budgetary guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and media outlets.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university/college is required, with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in which 5+ years are in a leadership role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing for consumer packaged goods, preferably in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG company.
  • Experience working in multinational corporations while utilizing change management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.

Work Environment

The position is often in a typical office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually light and moderate. This position requires up to 25% travel; most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel may be international.
