Job Summary:

The Area Director will be responsible for overseeing compliance with licensing requirements across all centers, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed about state, local, and company policies. They will also prepare timely and accurate reports, approve employee time and attendance, and conduct professional tours for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of management experience, with 2 years in early childhood preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with children
  • Meet state accreditation requirements and be registered as Director Qualified
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Negative TB test result prior to beginning employment
  • Ability to clear a state criminal background check
