Job Summary

MAG USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team in developing advanced synthetic training environments for the Next Generation Threat System (NGTS). As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for EW systems, radar modeling, and signal translation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software for advanced synthetic training environments, integrated into flight simulators to support pilot training against potential threats.
  • Support software development, integration, customer training, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with software programmers to develop and refine simulation presentation of real-world ELINT parametric data.
  • Work with SMEs using the EWIRDB database for complex waveform analysis associated with a wide range of red and blue force systems.
  • Participate in software test activities, including test procedure creation and test plan development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience working with EW systems.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience with scripting, database programming, and languages such as Modern C++, Python, and Lua.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with Electronic Warfare integrated reprogramming database (EWIRDB).
  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with scripting, database, and programming in Python 3, and HTML.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
