ProTouch Staffing is seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to become part of a reputable and expanding medical practice. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to provide exceptional healthcare in a supportive community environment.

Position Overview:

  • Availability to start in the near future is essential.
  • Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • This is a full-time role featuring a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with a 24-hour call rotation.
  • Experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners to manage patient care during daytime hours is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-ICU services for consultative support is advantageous.
  • Collaboration with a robust team of specialists in various fields such as Cardiology, Surgery, Neurology, and more is expected.
  • A mix of seasoned and newly trained physicians and Advanced Practice Providers is encouraged.
  • An interest in serving in a community-focused setting that is recognized as a fulfilling place to work and live is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a supportive administrative environment with a history of physician retention is important.
  • Experience in fostering cooperative relationships with clinical departments is necessary.
  • Appreciation for local support of the Hospitalist program is valued.
  • Experience in an independent community hospital with strong financial health and modern facilities is preferred.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
