ProTouch Staffing is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to become part of a respected and expanding medical practice. This opportunity allows for the delivery of high-quality healthcare in a community-focused environment.
Position Overview:
- Availability to start is required.
- Must hold Board Certification or be Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Full-time role with a structured schedule including a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation and 24-hour call responsibilities.
- Experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners to manage patient care during daytime hours and oversee admissions during evening shifts.
- Familiarity with e-ICU services for patient consultations is preferred.
- Ability to work alongside a robust team of specialists in various fields including Cardiology, Surgery, Neurology, and more.
- A mix of seasoned and newly trained physicians and Advanced Practice Providers is desirable.
- Interest in a community-centric practice that is recognized as a fulfilling place to work and raise a family.
- Experience in a supportive administrative environment with a history of long-term physician retention.
- Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with departments such as Emergency Medicine, Radiology, and Therapy Services.
- Appreciation for local support of the Hospitalist program is essential.
- Experience in an independent community hospital with strong financial health and modern facilities is advantageous.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
