    • Build and maintain constructive working relationships with colleagues and guests, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
    • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet Performance Standards
    • Meet or exceed performance standards for service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
