Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to validate that products meet clinical applications.
- Establish clinical templates for rehabilitation equipment applications.
- Ensure product applications align with clinical best practices for optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct training and demonstrations for customers and internal staff.
- Travel 50-60% of the time to support product installations and in-service training.
- Engage in research and publication of articles related to our systems.
- Work closely with the regulatory team to provide clinical guidance on product applications.
- Provide clinical/sales support to domestic and international sales forces.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of physical rehabilitation clinical management.
- Experience with technology and adaptive devices used in rehabilitation services.
- Familiarity with CPT billing codes and reimbursement practices.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Supporting BTE's Research Council and academia from the Hanover (Baltimore) office.
- Practical experience with at least one BTE product is highly preferred.
- Education: Masters level or above in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Professional License: Must have a current license in field of study and/or practice.
