Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to establish long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to business development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
