Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools.
  • Conduct research, evaluations, studies, and analysis to present findings and recommendations to process owners and project teams.
  • Write and edit plans, reports, policies, and SOP manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
  • A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education.
  • 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
