3. Draft clear and structured business requirement documents and ensure effective communication and validation of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
4. Partner with project teams to refine and clarify requirements during the implementation phase, aiding in project management and solution delivery.
5. Create comprehensive requirements traceability and testing plans to support unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
6. Organize and facilitate end-user testing to ensure solution acceptance.
7. Assist in redesigning and documenting business processes as necessary for new technologies.
8. Conduct prototypes, data mapping, function mapping, and manage configuration and transaction/control tables.
9. Participate in security and authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation tasks.
10. May engage in the installation and optimization of modifications, as well as data archiving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Exceptional skills in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of the supported business units and an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities.
- Awareness of technological trends to propose solutions that enhance the competitive edge of the enterprise.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes and workflows to analyze requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, developers, project managers, and customer support.
This role emphasizes Operational Excellence within Sensata Technologies. The ideal candidate will define business requirements, develop functional design specifications, execute test cases, and resolve issues effectively. They will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and may lead investigations and root cause analyses for compliance issues across cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient knowledge of Oracle Modules and data structures related to Order Management, Inventory, Shipping Execution, WMS, Transportation Management, and Global Trade Compliance.
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle production, enhancement projects, and lean initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Solutions Delivery manager and business team members to understand specific business needs.
- Expertise in business and systems analysis to translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements and Functional Design Documents.
Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing with business users to ensure high-quality delivery. Familiarity with configuration skills of Oracle EBS or Oracle SaaS, experience with WMS systems, and understanding of end-to-end processes such as Lead to Cash are essential.
