Active state Real Estate License or currently enrolled in a state Real Estate licensing course is required. Minimum of one year of commission-based sales experience is required. At least one year of B2B or B2C sales experience is required. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required. Willingness to work weekends is required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is required. Preferred qualifications include formal sales training, B2B sales experience, and leadership roles.
