Qualifications:

Possession of an active state Real Estate License or enrollment in a state Real Estate licensing course is mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience in commission-based sales is essential. At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales is required. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary. Availability to work weekends on a regular basis is required. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential. Formal sales training, experience in B2B sales, brokerage, and leadership is preferred. A High School diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
