We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop project scopes, work plans, and schedules in collaboration with engineers and technical resources.
  • Vendor Engagement: Develop detailed work scopes for vendor engagement and request for quotation (RFQ).
  • Project Budgeting: Develop project budgets based on capital appropriations and vendor engagement.
  • Project Scheduling: Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
  • Project Cost Control: Control project costs by approving expenditures.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
  • Project Management: Develop, control, and manage multiple projects at various stages covering various technical disciplines.
  • Safety and Compliance: Participate in safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goals and expectations.
  • Professional Development: Be an active participant in developing and maintaining a culture of professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: B.S. Engineering-Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred.
  • Experience: Experienced in CAD, knowledge of statistical data evaluation, and demonstrated capability of results through people, technology, and process.
  • Skills: Strong safety awareness and experience, SAP knowledge preferred, solid knowledge of MS Office, strong mechanical aptitude, basic print reading experience, and detail-oriented with proven analytical, problem identification, and resolution skills.
