Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Acquisition Specialist to join our team at TeleSolv Consulting Inc. as an Acquisition Consultant/Management Analyst. This role will enable you to obtain a Secret Clearance and work with the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Planning and Analysis: Formulate short and long-range resource planning requirements, analyze trends in funding decrements, systems deployment, and new programs. Perform studies and analyses regarding continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment, and manpower issues.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and data management systems. Written communication skills refined sufficiently to summarize events and technical discussions, prepare recommendations and alternatives, document strategies and outcomes.
  • DoD Contracting Expertise: Extensive knowledge or understanding of the DoD Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) requirements and goals and the ability to train CORs on the acquisition lifecycle process.
Requirements
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.
  • Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field with exceptional knowledge or understanding in technical analyses, studies, or project planning and monitoring involving the design, development, or acquisition of systems and implementation of associated functional changes.
  • Security Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department's COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in various software applications to include, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).
