Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Administration, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage project installation, including commissioning and testing of integrated systems.
  • Collect and analyze data, as-built drawings, and other deliverables for project closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, timesheets, and resource requirements.
  • Define project tasks and resource needs, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on project progress and issues.
  • Ensure project Foremen initiate daily team safety meetings and document minutes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Manager I to effectively execute projects and coordination tasks.
  • Manage multiple small and mid-to-large-size client-specific projects concurrently.
  • Work with security manufacturers, including Hanwha, Avigilon, AMAG, Software House, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Boon Edam, and Alvarado turnstiles.

Requirements:

  • Verifiable Project Management experience or relevant industry experience to manage multiple projects with multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills to guide project teams to completion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with clients/customers and leadership teams.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, estimating, and engineering teams.
  • Review drawings/blueprints and other customer-related documents to manage projects successfully.
  • Ability to travel as needed for assigned customer accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write correspondence, and communicate effectively, preferably in English.
  • Competent in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Proficient in computing rates, ratios, and percentages, and in drawing/interpreting bar graphs.
  • Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions in situations with limited standardization.
