Job Details

This full-time position offers a challenging opportunity for a skilled Test Development Project Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational assessment, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate test development procedures for efficacy and effectiveness, developing solutions to test development challenges
  • Participate in reviews of test items and revisions to test items across language domains
  • Supervise language testing specialists and/or test development assistants, mentoring them in their job duties and pursuit of professional goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least four years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with at least two years of relevant experience
  • Successful project management experience and expertise in educational assessment
  • Excellent supervisory and mentoring skills
