- Manage unemployment claims, responding to filed claims and participating in hearings as required.
- Order and maintain inventory of company business cards.
- Prepare comprehensive new hire packets and ensure that all company forms are updated and readily available.
- Report new hires bi-monthly on the designated reporting platform.
- Maintain accurate and organized human resource files and documentation.

HR Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries, directing complex issues to senior HR personnel.
- Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of HR records.
- Conduct regular audits of HR files to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Assist with payroll functions, including tax processing and filing.
- Support the preparation of weekly certified payrolls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- An associate degree in a related field, along with entry-level HR experience.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with union labor agreements is advantageous.
- Experience with HR software such as UltiPro (UKG) and LCPtracker is a plus.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is mandatory.
