Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant General Manager at Bango Bowls, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
Hiring, training, and developing hourly team members
Facilitating ongoing training and development to build a strong bench for future managers
Maintaining timely and accurate schedules to ensure proper staffing
Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
Delivering high-quality food made according to Bango Bowls standards
Monitoring and controlling daily food cost
Following proper sanitation and cleanliness standards to meet health requirements
Reviewing and analyzing financial data to drive sales and profits
Managing inventory and ordering processes to ensure adequate product and supplies
Fostering a safe work environment by following safety guidelines
Requirements
