At Reflections Memory Care, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide resident care and support, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and medication management.
- Assist the Wellness Director in operational tasks and support staff in their roles.
- Coordinate the utilization of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Supervise the medication program and assist residents with self-administration of medication.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians.
- Report significant incidents and changes in resident needs to the Executive Director/Wellness Director.
- Assist in resident assessments and services plans, and participate in staff training and orientation.
- Attend scheduled in-service programs, training programs, and staff meetings.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing of Caregivers as needed.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in good standing.
- Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions.
- CPR certification and knowledge of basic first aid.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
