Position Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a solid understanding of chillers, boilers, air handling units, fan coil units, water treatment systems, controls, and other mechanical and electrical systems within buildings.
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch Team to ensure timely and complete execution of assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to safe work practices in compliance with OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards while performing job duties.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in servicing similar commercial equipment, along with a valid Universal CFC certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and work independently in isolated settings.
  • Knowledge and experience in the safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary for job assignments.
  • Capability to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights.
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as dust masks, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection.
  • Familiarity with desktop computers and internet-based programs for required training.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory.
