HVAC Service Technician

Mark III Construction is in search of a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is essential for the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Install, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and necessary adjustments
  • Repair and replace electronic components as needed
  • Substitute various parts and components
  • Evaluate distribution systems for efficiency
  • Identify and resolve system malfunctions
  • Complete necessary documentation, including service invoices
  • Address urgent service requests promptly

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Understanding of HVAC principles and practices

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred completion of a trade school program
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC
  • Proficient in computer usage

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Required industry certifications
  • EPA certification necessary
  • Valid driver's license required
