We are seeking a talented Undercar Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at the Genuine Parts Company. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding undercar product sales across all distribution levels.
You will work closely with our TSM/TMOD teams to execute assigned category strategic initiatives, sales promotions, and training programs. You will also provide field insights to drive sales and strategic category initiatives, achieving territory sales quotas and providing training to store employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Presents and communicates category strategic initiatives, promotions, value propositions, and training materials to store owners and their installer customers.
- Works closely with TSM/TMOD teams on ISO Store Readiness/Inventory levels and assessments.
- Provides field insights to drive sales and strategic category initiatives.
- Achieves territory sales quotas and provides training to store employees on NAPA undercar programs.
- Leverages category expertise to prepare stores to manage effective inventory levels.
- Manages, organizes, and leads category-specific sales blitzes in assigned territories.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience with a solid record of success developing new business while maintaining existing business.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory for account meetings, sales meetings, and other meetings.
- Strong sales acumen, communication and customer focus, resilience and adaptability, results orientation and financial acumen, product knowledge, and technology proficiency.
