Position Overview:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional care in a modern healthcare setting. This role is pivotal in delivering specialized anesthesia services at the forefront of endocrine surgery.
The facility is dedicated to offering advanced treatments for endocrine tumors, including those affecting the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands, as well as related cancers.
Key Features of the Role:
Collaborative environment with a team of 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs, supported by 8 operating rooms and 38 pre/post-operative bays, along with 16 private patient rooms. This position entails no on-call duties, weekends, or night shifts, with a standard schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6:15 AM to 4:15 PM. Future expansion may include Fridays.

Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive compensation package reflective of experience. Potential for a start date bonus of up to $50,000 and relocation assistance. Enjoy 8 weeks of paid time off with no waiting period.
Optional Premium Pay:
In-house night coverage available, focusing on airway management for endocrine patients, with premium rates for extended shifts.
