Position Overview:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care within a cutting-edge healthcare facility focused on endocrine surgical procedures.
This role is situated in a dynamic, patient-focused setting that specializes in treating endocrine tumors, such as those affecting the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands, as well as related cancers.
Key Features of the Role:
Collaborative work environment: 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs
8 Operating Rooms supported by 38 pre/post-operative bays; 16 private patient rooms
No on-call requirements, weekends, or night shifts. Schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts, typically Monday through Thursday, from 6:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with potential expansion to include Fridays in the future.
Autonomous practice in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive compensation structure based on experience.
Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 and relocation assistance available.
8 weeks of paid time off with no waiting period.
Optional Premium Shift:
In-house night coverage available, focusing on airway management for endocrine patients only, with a premium pay rate for hours worked beyond the scheduled shift.
