Role Summary:
Due to significant growth, HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional care within a cutting-edge facility dedicated to endocrine surgery. This state-of-the-art environment focuses on specialized treatments for endocrine tumors, including those affecting the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands, as well as related cancers.Key Features of the Role:
- Collaborative environment with a team of 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs.
- 8 Operating Rooms supported by 38 pre/post-operative bays and 16 private patient rooms.
- No on-call duties, weekends, or night shifts. Standard schedule consists of 4, 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, 6:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with potential expansion to include Fridays.
- Fast-paced, independent practice scope.
- Competitive salary structure based on experience.
- Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 and relocation support available.
- 8 weeks of paid time off with no waiting period.
- Optional premium pay for in-house night coverage, specifically for airway management of endocrine patients.
- Enhanced pay rate for hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.
