  • Project Work Packages: Manage project work packages to deliver service guides, knowledge base articles, and user documentation, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Service Delivery and SLAs: Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs with business functions or specific divisions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Product Management: Coordinate with the DW Industrial team in Europe to manage new products, services, and escalations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IM SRMs, PSL, Domain Leads, and Management to ensure smooth deployment and performance, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Data Accuracy: Enhance data accuracy by regionalizing industrial account management services in North America, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Service Catalog Maintenance: Maintain and update the internal service catalog annually as services evolve, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Technical Support Documentation: Develop technical support documentation for new products, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Operational Reporting and Dashboards: Provide operational reporting and dashboards covering key KPIs and SLAs across contracts, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Pilot Testing: Assist with pilot testing of new smart products, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong IT Background: Strong IT background with experience integrating disruptive IT hardware within enterprise architecture.
  • Microsoft System Configurations: Proficient in Microsoft system configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Mobile Device Management: Knowledgeable in Mobile Device Management systems and device integration.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communicator with experience interacting with various management levels and technical personnel.
  • Windows Systems Administration: Solid understanding of Windows systems administration, including Active Directory, group policies, and domain administration.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and facilitation skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; German or French language skills are a plus.
