About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Quality Control Manager to join our team at AAA Landscape. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our landscaping projects. You will work closely with our design team to develop quality control checklists and procedures, and will conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures to ensure consistency in quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscaping projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Identify and report on any issues or deficiencies in landscaping work, including plant health, mowing, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and other elements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in landscape design, installation, or maintenance with a focus on quality control.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant care.

Working Conditions:
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, and may involve bending, lifting, and walking on uneven terrain.
