About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at Dibble CM. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Arizona Department of Transportation and conducting inspections for highway projects, including roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform project inspections to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Verify quantities of completed work for payment items.
  • Prepare detailed daily inspection reports.
  • Track extra work and force accounts.
  • Inspect materials delivered to the jobsite to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Requirements
  • ACI Field Certification - Required
  • ATTI Field Certification - Required
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
  • Willingness and ability to work outdoors in a desert environment.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Willingness and ability to work on remote projects.
  • Experience in sampling and testing construction materials on a job site.
  • ATSSA Traffic Control Technician.
  • Experience in sampling and testing construction materials on a job site.
  • ATSSA Traffic Control Technician / Supervisor Certification - Preferred
  • Erosion Control Coordinator (SWPPP) Certification - Preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
