Overview

At Tabitha, we empower individuals to live joyfully and age gratefully. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our seniors by providing compassionate care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transferring/ambulation.
  • Provide therapeutic care as described in the comprehensive care plan/service plan.
  • Assist with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new team members.
  • Follow department protocol for submission of completed documentation, with particular attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prioritize assignments to complete care for seniors/clients in allotted time, making adjustments throughout the shift to meet frequently changing/overlapping senior/client/caregiver/team member/manager needs.

Requirements
